Return and Cancellation Policy – Belleza D’or

  1. General Provisions

1.1. This Return and Cancellation Policy sets out the rules and conditions regarding returns, cancellations, complaints and the liability of the parties in connection with the fulfilment of orders in the Belleza D’or online store.

1.2. The Belleza D’or online store sells jewellery made exclusively to the individual order of the Customer.

1.3. All products are made on the basis of individual arrangements with the Customer. This means that after the individual production process has begun, the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

1.4. The templates and sample jewellery designs presented on the store’s website are for inspiration purposes only and are intended to help the Customer choose the desired aesthetics and form. They are not ready-made stock products, but starting points for the creation of a personalised item.

  1. Nature of Orders

2.1. Each product is made to the individual order of the Customer and in accordance with their specifications.

2.2. The Customer may choose, among other things:

materials, such as gold, silver, platinum and gemstones,

size, for example rings, wedding bands and bracelets,

finish and decorations,

additional services, such as engraving.

2.3. The presented templates are used solely as suggestions and inspiration. Each final product is created from scratch in accordance with the arrangements and personalisation made by the Customer.

2.4. After the order is placed and confirmed, the store begins preparing the order, including contacting the Customer to confirm the order details.

2.5. Before the creative and production process begins, Belleza D’or contacts the Customer to confirm the details of the order, in particular the product specification, materials, size, personalisation and other individual arrangements.

2.6. After the Customer confirms the details, the store begins the process of sourcing materials, including precious metals, gemstones and other components required for fulfilment.

2.7. The fulfilment process is complex and requires cooperation with several parties, including raw material suppliers, gemmologists, jewellers, engravers and processing specialists. For this reason, the store reserves the right to extend the order fulfilment time in the event of delays caused by material availability or the need for precise processing.

  1. Cancellation and Returns

3.1. For orders placed by Customers from European Union countries, Belleza D’or provides the possibility to cancel the order within 14 days from the moment the payment is credited and to receive a refund of the paid amount, provided that the individual creative and production process of the order has not yet begun.

3.2. Before the creative and production process begins, Belleza D’or contacts the Customer to confirm the final details of the order. Until that moment, the Customer may cancel the order in accordance with point 3.1.

3.3. After the Customer confirms the order details and after fulfilment has begun, including in particular design work, sourcing materials, preparing components or carrying out jewellery work, the order is treated as goods made according to the Customer’s individual specifications.

3.4. The Customer acknowledges that, pursuant to Article 38 sections 3 and 4 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts concerning:

non-prefabricated goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications,

goods intended to satisfy the consumer’s individual needs.

3.5. The products sold in the store are always made to order and are not ready-made stock items.

3.6. After the individual production process has begun, it is not possible to return or exchange the product or receive a refund of the paid amount, subject to the Customer’s rights related to complaints and non-conformity of the goods with the contract.

3.7. A refund is also possible if the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons attributable to the Seller.

  1. Complaints

4.1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint if the product has manufacturing defects or is not in conformity with the contract.

4.2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address kowalczyk.oficjalnie@gmail.com or in writing to the registered office address of the store.

4.3. The complaint should include:

Customer details,

order number,

a detailed description of the defect or non-conformity,

photographic documentation, if possible.

4.4. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

4.5. If the complaint is accepted, the store undertakes to:

remove the defect,

replace the product with a new one,

or provide another solution agreed with the Customer.

  1. Liability

5.1. Handmade products may naturally differ from the visualisations and sample photographs published on the website.

5.2. The store is not liable for differences resulting from monitor settings that may affect the perception of colour, shade or jewellery details.

5.3. The Customer is obliged to provide all information necessary to make the product carefully and correctly, for example ring size or engraving text. The store is not liable for defects resulting from incorrectly provided information.

5.4. Due to the handmade nature of the products and the use of natural materials, such as stones and metals, minimal differences in structure and shades are natural and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

  1. Fulfilment Times

6.1. The standard order fulfilment time is from 30 to 90 business days, counted from the moment the payment is credited and the order specification is confirmed.

6.2. The store reserves the right to extend the fulfilment time in the event of:

delays in the delivery of materials,

the need to use rare or difficult-to-obtain raw materials,

unusual modifications requiring additional processing.

6.3. The Customer will be informed of any possible extension of the fulfilment time by e-mail or phone.

  1. Final Provisions

7.1. Placing an order in the Belleza D’or store constitutes acceptance of this Return and Cancellation Policy.

7.2. The store reserves the right to amend this Policy. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the website and do not affect orders placed before they enter into force.

7.3. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
