Shipping Policy – Belleza D’or Online Jewellery Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Shipping Policy sets out the rules for the delivery of products purchased in the Belleza D’or online store.

1.2. The Belleza D’or online store sells jewellery made exclusively to the individual order of the Customer.

1.3. All delivery times are provided as estimates and may be extended due to the complex jewellery production process and the need to source materials from external suppliers.

1. Order Fulfilment and Preparation Process

2.1. After the order is placed and the payment is credited, the store begins:

sourcing precious metals, gemstones and other materials,

preparing a design in accordance with the Customer’s guidelines,

handcrafting the jewellery by specialists.

2.2. The order completion process, including jewellery production, processing and preparation for shipment, takes from 30 to 90 days depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of materials.

2.3. Shipment takes place only after the order completion process has been finished.

2.4. Belleza D’or reserves the right to extend the fulfilment time in the event of limited availability of raw materials or the complexity of the project. The Customer will be informed of any possible delay.

1. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping in the Belleza D’or store is always free of charge, regardless of the order value, payment method or delivery location.

3.2. The delivery cost is covered entirely by the store. The Customer does not incur any additional charges related to shipment.

3.3. Free shipping includes both domestic and international shipments, excluding possible customs charges for deliveries outside the European Union – see point 7.

1. Shipping Methods

4.1. Delivery is carried out through reputable courier companies.

4.2. Each shipment is insured during transport.

4.3. The Customer receives a tracking number that allows them to track the shipment online.

5.1. Each shipment is properly protected against damage and packed in a way that prevents access by unauthorised third parties.

5.2. Jewellery is shipped in elegant jewellery packaging together with a certificate of authenticity, if applicable.

1. Delivery Time

6.1. The delivery time includes:

the order completion period, 30–90 days,

the transport time by the carrier, usually 1–3 business days within Poland and 3–10 business days for international deliveries.

6.2. The total time from placing the order to its delivery may range from 31 to up to 100 days, depending on the degree of project personalisation and the delivery location.

6.3. Belleza D’or is not liable for delays caused by reasons attributable to the carrier. However, the store monitors each shipment and supports the Customer in resolving any possible issues.

1. International Shipping

7.1. International shipping is also free of charge. However, in the case of deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer is responsible for covering any customs duties, import taxes and other charges related to customs procedures in the destination country.

7.2. The delivery time for international shipments depends on the destination country and customs procedures.

1. Receipt of Shipment

8.1. The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt.

8.2. If damage or signs of interference by unauthorised third parties are found, a damage report should be prepared in the presence of the courier and Belleza D’or should be contacted immediately.

8.3. Failure to report damage upon receipt may make it more difficult to successfully process a transport-related complaint.

1. Final Provisions

9.1. Placing an order in the Belleza D’or store constitutes acceptance of this Shipping Policy.

9.2. The store reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy. The new rules apply from the moment they are published on the store’s website and do not affect orders already placed.

9.3. In matters not regulated by this Policy, the provisions of Polish law and the terms and conditions of the courier companies carrying out the deliveries shall apply.
